The hearing for the investigation conducted to determine whether some undertakings active in Türkiye in the operation of private food control laboratories violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition through agreements and/or concerted practices aimed at price fixing in food analysis fees and exchanges of competitively sensitive information, which was previously scheduled for April 15, 2025, has been postponed to 10:30 a.m. on May 27, 2025.

Complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting in accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board" to make a statement should apply to the Competition Authority with a petition containing the information and documents which establish their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of the business hours on May 20, 2025. 

Those who wish to sit in on the hearing can follow the meeting online. To that end, the participation form must be filled in accordance with the directions on the Competition Authority website, half an hour before the time of the meeting at the latest.
