Investigation conducted to determine whether driving courses operating in Sakarya violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 by colluding to fix course fees reached the hearing stage. The hearing concerning the undertakings in question will be held on Tuesday, December 09, 2014, at 11:00 am.

In accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board", third parties who wish to attend the meeting should apply to the Competition Authority together with a petition including the information and documents which establish their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of the working hours on Friday, November 28, 2014.
