The Hearing for the Investigation concerning Union Of Chambers Of Turkish Engineers And Architects (TMMOB) Chamber of Electric Engineers Concluded (31.12.2019)
The investigation whether Konya Representative Office of TMMOB Chamber of Electric Engineers violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 by means of a commission decision reached the hearing stage.
As a result of the discussion of the contents of the file on 26.12.2019, the Competition Board decided that TMMOB Chamber of Electric Engineers violated article 4 of the Act no 4054; thus, the said undertaking shall be imposed administrative fines according to article 16 of the same Act.
