The investigation made to determine whether the Central Association of Egg Producers (YUMBİR), the local associations that are members of YUMBİR and the undertakings owned by the presidents of the local associations violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 by means of certain practices restrictive of competition has reached the hearing stage.  The hearing will be held on October 25, 2023 at 10:30 AM.

In accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board", third parties who want to attend the hearing to speak should apply to the Competition Authority together with a petition including the information and documents which show their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of working hours on October 18, 2023. 

Those who want to attend the hearing as audience can follow the meeting online. To this end, the participation form should be filled according to the instructions on the Competition Authority website until half an hour before the meeting time.
