The investigation about the claim that ADM Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş., Aydem Elektrik Perakende Satış A.Ş., Bereket Enerji Grubu A.Ş., GDZ Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş., Gediz Elektrik Perakende Satış A.Ş. and Gediz Enerji Yatırımları A.Ş. complicated independent providers’ activities and prevented consumers from choosing their providers and thus violated the Act no. 4054 reached the hearing stage. The hearing will be held on 18 September 2018, at 2:00 pm.

In accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board", complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting should apply to the Competition Authority together with a petition including the information and documents which establish their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of the working hours on 10 September 2018.
