The final examination about the acquisition by lndorama Netherlands B.V. of a certain amount of Sasa Polyester Sanayi A.Ş.’s shares reached the hearing stage. The hearing concerning the aforementioned undertakings will be held on Wednesday, January 07, 2015, at 10:00 am.

In accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board", third parties who wish to attend the meeting should apply to the Competition Authority together with a petition including the information and documents which establish their interest in the subject matter of the transaction until the end of the working hours on Friday, December 26, 2014.
