As a result of the discussion of the contents of the file on 20.08.2020, the Competition Board decided that the collection by Rekabet Danışmanlık A.Ş. of certain information related to the activities of the members of Ceramic Sanitary Ware Manufacturers Association and Ceramic Tile Manufacturers Association and sharing of those with the participating members and the public according to the board of directors decision taken by Turkish Ceramics Federation cannot be granted negative clearance or exemption since the data to be shared will not lose its strategic nature as they will not be aggregated and aged sufficiently when the market structure is also taken into account.
