As a result of the investigation conducted to determine whether the undertakings operating in the wheat flour market violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 by increasing the prices, considering all the evidence, information and documents collected, the report prepared, written defenses and the statements in the hearing were evaluated and the following decision no 21-01/18-8 was taken in the Competition Board meeting on 07.01.2021.
