The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry about D-Market Elektronik Hizmetler ve Ticaret AŞ, which was conducted to determine whether the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition was violated. 

After discussing the information and documents acquired and observations made during the preliminary inquiry in its meeting on 19.10.2023, the Competition Board considered that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision no 23-49/940-M to initiate an investigation about D-Market Elektronik Hizmetler ve Ticaret AŞ, DSM Grup Danışmanlık İletişim ve Satış Ticaret AŞ and Amazon Turkey Perakende Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi, which apply automated pricing mechanism.
