The investigation conducted in order to determine whether Aygaz A.Ş. violated the Act no 4054 by setting resale prices for its dealers was concluded.

The investigation was initiated following the annulment of the Competition Board decision dated 13.03.2013 and numbered 13-14/204-105 with the Ankara 16th Administrative Court decision dated 14.05.2015 and numbered 2013/1478 E., 2015/655 K.

The investigation, launched with the Competition Board decision dated 05.08.2015 and numbered 15-33/477-M, took the issues raised in the aforementioned court decision under consideration and examined whether article 4 of the Act no 4054 was violated by Aygaz A.Ş.

As a result of the discussion of the file by the Competition Board on 16.11.2016, it was decided that Aygaz A.Ş. did not violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 and therefore imposing administrative fines on the aforementioned undertaking under article 16 of the same Act was not necessary.
