The investigation conducted in order to determine whether driving courses operating in Fethiye violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 by conspiring to fix course prices and other price-related terms was concluded.
The investigation was initiated as a result of the preliminary inquiry which was conducted in response to the application claiming that the driving courses in question fixed course prices for A2 class driving licenses in collusion and did not grant discounts over that amount. During the investigation phase, it was examined whether driving courses conspired to fix prices and whether they imposed sanctions for practices in violation of the provisions of the agreement they concluded.
As a result of the discussion of the file by the Competition Board on 18.06.2013, it was decided that
