The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted to determine whether Varta Pilleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by fixing resale prices for resellers, restricting customers and regions, and intervening in the online sales of resellers.

After examining the information and documents acquired and the observations made during the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 13.03.2025, the Competition Board decided that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision numbered 25-10/226-M to launch an investigation on Varta Pilleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi.
