Competition Board concluded the preliminary investigation conducted in response to the application claiming that Trakya Cam Sanayii A.Ş. and its dealers and resellers violated articles 4 and 6 of the Act no 4054.

After discussing the information, documents gathered and the observations made during the preliminary inquiry, the Board deemed the findings significant and sufficient, and took the decision no 16-41/672-M to launch an investigation on

Article 4 of the Act no 4054 prohibits anti-competitive agreements and concerted practices between undertakings, while article 6 prohibits abuses of dominant position. The investigation was initiated in order to determine whether the undertaking in question violated articles 4 and 6 of the Act no 4054.
