The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted to determine if Koruma Klor Alkali Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ violated the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition with its obstructive and exclusionary behavior aimed at the activities of its competitors in the chlorine alkali sector. 

After examining the information and documents acquired and the observations made during the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 12.06.2024, the Competition Board decided that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision numbered 24-26/626-M(1) to launch an investigation on Koruma Klor Alkali Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ.
