In its meeting of 12.06.2023, the Competition Board took the decision no 24-26/626-M(2) to launch an investigation on  

• Koruma Klor Alkali Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ,
• 2S Kimya Arıtma Tarım İnşaat Gıda Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi,
• Aykimsan Hiçyılmaz Kimyasal Ürünler İnşaat Gıda Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi,
• Irmak Kimya Sanayi ve Turizm Nakliyat Tarım Ürünleri ve Geri Dönüşüm Ticaret Limited Şirketi,
• Süleyman Kimya Arıtım İnşaat Nakliye ve Tehlikeli Madde Danışmanlığı Hizmetleri Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi

in order to determine whether they violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by acting in collusion in the bidding processes for some public tenders and/or in the determination of approximate costs.

* Investigation decisions taken by the Competition Board are announced to the public following the notification of the decision to the undertakings or associations of undertakings under investigation. These declarations, which are made within the framework of informing the public on Competition Board decisions, cannot be interpreted to mean that the undertakings or associations of undertakings under investigation have violated the Act no 4054 and that they have faced or will face sanctions under the Act.
