The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted on Koroplast Temizlik ve Ambalaj Ürünleri Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret AŞ (Koroplast) concerning the allegation that the undertaking violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by fixing resale prices of its buyers.

After examining the information and documents acquired and the observations made during the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 27.06.2024, the Competition Board decided that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision numbered 24-27/644-M to launch an investigation on Koroplast Temizlik ve Ambalaj Ürünleri Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret AŞ.

Koroplast is active in the sales and distribution of numerous products in the cooking, food storage and cleaning categories such as trash bags, storage bags, slider bags, cling wrap, tinfoil, ice bags, freezer bags, parchment paper, oven bags, oven liners, scrub sponges, cleaning cloths and gloves.
