The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry launched into the allegations that car dealers operating in the provinces of Adana, Antalya and Gaziantep violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition. 

After examining the information and documents acquired and the observations made during the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 26.07.2023, the Competition Board found that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision numbered 23-34/644-M to launch an investigation on ERY Motors-Eray Ersan, Özgen Gallery and Canatar Auto.
