In the meeting on 19.10.2023, the Competition Board took the decision numbered 23-49/941-M that an investigation shall be initiated about the following undertakings in order to determine whether certain undertakings operating in the field of purchase and sale of pistachio violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition:
