Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted in response to the application claiming that Çelebi Bandırma Uluslararası Limanı İşletmeciliği A.Ş. implemented excessive pricing for the port services it provided to the undertakings in the business of ro-ro transportation at the Bandırma Port .

The Board, after discussing the information and documents acquired and the observations made during the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 01.06.2017, concluded that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision no 17-18/266-M to launch an investigation on

in order to determine whether article 6 of the Act no 4054 was violated.

As known, article 6 of the Act no 4054 prohibits abuses of dominant position.
