The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted into the allegations that Canon Eurasia Görüntüleme ve Ofis Sistemleri AŞ violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by maintaining the resale prices of Canon brand products.

After examining the information and documents acquired and the observations made during the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 11.05.2023, the Competition Board f that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision numbered 23-21/411-M to launch an investigation on Canon Eurasia Görüntüleme ve Ofis Sistemleri AŞ.
