The preliminary inquiries conducted into the allegations that undertakings operating in the medical devices sector violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition are concluded by the Competition Board. 

After discussing the information and documents collected and the observations made during the preliminary inquiries in its meeting of 11.01.2024, The Competition Board ruled that the findings were significant and sufficient and took the decisions no 24-03/30-M and 24-03/31-M to launch investigations on Bıçakcılar Tıbbi Cihazlar Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, Gazi Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ ve Rectus Medikal Ürünler ve Sağlık Hizmetleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi.
