The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted to determine if Abko İç ve Dış Ticaret Limited, operating in the cosmetic and personal care products sector, violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by restricting web sales of resellers and fixing their resale prices. 

After examining the information and documents acquired and the observations made during the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 27.06.2024, the Competition Board decided that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision numbered 24-27/647-M to launch an investigation on Abko İç ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi.
