The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted in response to the claim that stations operating in the city center in Burdur province colluded to increase auto gas, LPG and fuel product prices.

After discussing the information, documents and findings acquired in the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 01.17.2019, the Board concluded that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision no 19-04/31-M to initiate an investigation about the following undertakings in order to determine whether the following undertakings violated article 4 of the Act no 4054:
