The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted in response to the claim that Red Bull Gıda Dağıtım ve Pazarlama Tic. Ltd. Şti. violated the Act no. 4054 by means of de facto exclusivity and resale price maintenance.

After discussing the information and documents acquired and observations made in the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 18.07.2018, the Board concluded that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision no 18-20/402-M  to initiate an investigation about Red Bull Gıda Dağıtım ve Pazarlama Tic. Ltd. Şti.
