Investigation conducted on Petrofis Akaryakıt Dağıtım Hizmetleri AŞ, THY OPET Havacılık Yakıtları AŞ and Triple Star Aviation Ltd., which operates as an intermediary, concluded (1.11.2023) (2.11.2023)
The investigation made by the Competition Board upon the decision of 8th Administrative Law Chamber of Ankara Regional Administrative Court into the claim that Petrol Ofisi Havacılık Operasyonları AŞ, THY Opet Havacılık Yakıtları AŞ and Triple Star Aviation Ltd. violated articles 4 and 6 of the Act no 4054 by means of their practices in the market for supplying fuel to private jets was concluded.
Having discussed the file on 26.10.2023, the Competition Board has decided that Petrofis Akaryakıt Dağıtım Hizmetleri AŞ, THY OPET Havacılık Yakıtları AŞ and Triple Star Aviation Ltd., which operates as an intermediary, did not violate article 4 and 6 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition; therefore, it is not necessary to impose administrative fines on the said undertakings.
