The investigation conducted to determine if Mot Grup Bilişim Limited Şirketi violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by fixing sale prices for resellers and restricting internet sales has been concluded.

As a result of the discussion of the file by the Competition Board on 24.04.2024, it was decided that Mot Grup Bilişim Limited Şirketi violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition and thus should be imposed administrative fines.
