The investigation launched in order to determine whether article 4 of the Act no 4054, in accordance with the Board decision dated 26.03.2015 and numbered 15-13/184-M was violated by

− Ramazan Çetin Teknik Hazır Beton Ortaklığı
− Çakılsan Yapı Mal. Taş. İnş. Taah. Hafr. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.,
− Çetin Nakl. Yakıt San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.,
− Dostlar Kum Çakıl İnş. Müt. İhr. İth. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., and
− Magtaş Mad. İnş. Pet. Ür. Oto. Taş. Ürt. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.
was concluded.

The investigation was initiated as a result of the preliminary inquiry conducted in response to the application claiming that the companies in question collusively hiked prices and maintained their operations through a company they established jointly.

As a result of the disccusion of the file by the Competition Board on 18.02.201, it was decided that
− Çakılsan Yapı Mal. Taş. İnş. Taah. Hafr. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.,
− Çetin Nakl. Yakıt San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.,
− Dostlar Kum Çakıl İnş. Müt. İhr. İth. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.,
− Magtaş Mad. İnş. Pet. Ür. Oto. Taş. Ürt. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., and
− Ramazan Çetin Teknik Hazır Beton Ortaklığı
should be imposed administrative fines for violating the Act no 4054.
