Investigation conducted to determine whether Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş., Vodafone Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. and TT Mobil İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. violated article 6 of the Act no. 4054 by means of complicating their competitors’ activities through offering bids under SMS termination fees in bulk SMS tenders was concluded.

As a result of the discussion of the contents of the file on 08.11.2018, the Competition Board decided that Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş., Vodafone Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. and TT Mobil İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. did not violate article 6 of the Act no 4054; thus it was not necessary to impose administrative fines on the said undertakings according to article 16 of the same Act.
