Investigation whether Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. and Vodafone Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. violated the Act no 4054 by not offering call termination services to NetGSM İletişim ve Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. was concluded.

As a result of the discussion of the contents of the file on 23.01.2020, the Competition Board decided that Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. and Vodafone Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. did not violate article 6 of the Act no 4054; thus, it was not necessary to impose administrative fines on the said undertakings according to article 16 of the same Act.
