Investigation Concerning the Egg Producers Central Union and 25 Member Unions and Undertakings Affiliated with the Union Initiated (2.6.2022) (7.6.2022)
The Competition Board took the decision numbered 22-21/355-M(1) in its meeting dated 12.05.2022 that an investigation shall be initiated about the following undertakings and associations of undertakings to determine whether the Egg Producers Central Union (YUMBİR) and YUMBİR member unions violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 by means of actions restricting competition
