The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted in response to the claim that Professional Solidarity Association of Natural Gas and Mechanical Installation Firms of Van Province violated article 4 of the Act no. 4054 by means of price fixing.

After discussing the information and documents acquired and observations made during the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 20.06.2019, the Board concluded that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision no. 19-22/339-M to initiate an investigation about Professional Solidarity Association of Natural Gas and Mechanical Installation Firms of Van Province to decide whether article 4 of the Act no. 4054 was violated.
