The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry made in order to determine whether Obilet Bilişim Sistemleri A.Ş. violated article 6 of the Act no 4054 by means of determining  ticket sale commission rates it charges to bus companies for the intermediation services concerning ticket sales excessively and excluding its competitors in the markets for ticketing software service, the sale of bus tickets via platforms and distributing trip data to platforms, and whether it violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 by means of the contracts it signed in the market for the sale of bus tickets via platforms.

The Competition Board discussed the information and documents obtained and observations made during the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 16.06.2022 and concluded that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision no 22-27/433-M to initiate an investigation about Obilet Bilişim Sistemleri A.Ş. in order to determine whether it violated articles 4 and 6 of the Act no 4054.
