The investigation conducted in order to find whether Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. violated article 6 of the Act no 4054 by means of its agreements with concrete pump producers and discount systems offered to them was concluded.

As a result of the discussion of the contents of the file on 27.08.2018, the Competition Board decided that Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. did not violate article 6 of the Act no 4054; thus, it was not necessary to impose administrative fines on the said undertaking according to article 16 of the same Act.
