Investigation concerning MDF and Particle Board Industrialists Association and 12 Undertakings operating in Particle Board and MDF Market (29.11.2018)
The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted ex officio rinto whether undertakings operating in particle board and MDF market increased tthe prices through collusion.
After discussing the information, documents and findings acquired in the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 01.11.2018, the Board concluded that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision no 18-41/654-M to initiate an investigation about the following undertakings in order to determine whether the undertakings in question violated article 4 of the Act no 4054:

- Divapan Entegre Ağaç Panel San. Tic. A.Ş.
- AGT Ağaç Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
- Yıldız Entegre Ağaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş.
- Orma Orman Mahsulleri İntegre San. ve Tic. A.Ş.
- Starwood Orman Ürünleri A.Ş.
- Çamsan Ordu Ağaç Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
- Çamsan Entegre Ağaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş.
- Teverpan MDF Levha Sanayii ve Ticaret A.Ş.
- Gentaş Genel Metal San. ve Tic. A.Ş.
