The investigation conducted about Martı İleri Teknoloji A.Ş. was terminated upon the commitment submitted.
With the Competition Board decision dated 21.07.2022 and no 22-33/527-M, an investigation was initiated about the claim that Martı İleri Teknoloji A.Ş. is dominant in the relevant product market and it has violated the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by abusing its dominant position with its exclusionary practices on its competitors. 

While the investigation process was ongoing, Martı İleri Teknoloji A.Ş. submitted a commitment package as a result of the discussions made upon Martı İleri Teknoloji A.Ş.’s application for initiating the commitment procedure related to the competitive concerns in the file.
 
As a result of the discussion of the file on 08.09.2022 by the Competition Board, it has been decided that the commitments shall be accepted since they are able to eliminate the competition problems detected within the scope of the file and they shall be made binding for the relevant undertaking, and the investigation shall be terminated.
