Investigation into whether İsttelkom İstanbul Elektronik Haberleşme ve Altyapı Hizmetleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş. violated the Act no. 4054 by means of complicating its competitors’ activities through Facility Sharing Protocol was concluded.

As a result of the discussion of the contents of the file on 11.04.2019, the Competition Board decided that İsttelkom İstanbul Elektronik Haberleşme ve Altyapı Hizmetleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş. violated article 6 of the Act no. 4054; thus, the said undertaking shall be imposed administrative fines according to article 16 of the same Act.
