Investigation whether Istanbul Customs Brokers’ Association violated article 4 of the Act no. 4054 was concluded.

As a result of the discussion of the contents of the file on 20.06.2019, the Competition Board decided that Istanbul Customs Brokers’ Association violated article 4 of the Act no. 4054 by means of taking a decision of association of undertakings, which includes a ban on making offers to competitors’ customers and making advertisements, and determines sales conditions; thus the said undertaking shall be imposed administrative fines according to article 16 of the same Act.
