The investigation conducted to determine whether Frito Lay Gıda San. Tic. A.Ş. violated the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by complicating its competitors’ activities in retail outlets.

As a result of the discussion of the file on 13.02.2025, the Competition Board decided that Frito Lay Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ violated the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition; therefore, administrative fines and remedies shall be imposed on the said undertaking.
