The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted about the claim that undertakings and associations of undertakings operating in the white meat sector violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition.

Having discussed the information and documents obtained and observations made during the preliminary inquiry on its meeting on 04.01.2024, the Competition Board considered the findings significant and sufficient and took the decision no 24-01/8-M(3) to initiate an investigation about Erpiliç Entegre Tavukçuluk Üretim Pazarlama ve Tic. AŞ to determine whether the said undertaking violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 by means of imposing region and customer restrictions to its buyers.
