The investigation conducted about the claim that Electrolux Dayanıklı Tüketim Mamülleri Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition was concluded.

As a result of the discussion of the file on 18.01.2024, the Competition Board has decided that Electrolux Dayanıklı Tüketim Mamülleri Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition; therefore, administrative fines shall be imposed on the said undertaking.
