The investigation conducted according to Competition Board decision dated 28.04.2022 and no 22-20/316-M after  the decision of the Competition Board dated 12.11.2019 and no 19-39/603-257 regarding the claim that EAE Elektrik Asansör Endüstrisi İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ gave misleading and discrediting information about the complainant’s products to customers and directed the customers to buy its products was annulled by the decision of the Ankara 7th Administrative Court dated 03.03.2022 and no 2020/1318 E., 2022/488 K.

As a result of the discussion of file by the Competition Board on 12.01.2023, it was decided that the claim cannot be evaluated under the scope of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition and it was not necessary to make any transactions under the scope of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition.
