The application related to the claim that Duru Bulgur Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş. determined its resale prices in its sales to retail chains in Konya and Karaman region was reevaluated upon the decision of Ankara 13th Administration Court.

In the preliminary inquiry made previously due to the related complaint, the practices in question were examined and it was decided not to open an investigation with the decision no 18-07 / 112-59 on 08.03.2018. However, the said Board decision was annulled with the decision of Ankara 13th Administrative Court dated 17.09.2020 and no E: 2020/315, K:2020/1569.

The Board discussed the information and documents in the file in its meeting dated 17.12.2020, took into account the issues stated in the relevant court decision and took the decision numbered 20-54/754-M that an investigation shall be initiated on Duru Bulgur Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş. to determine whether it violated the Act no 4054 pursuant to Article 41 of the same Act.
