Within the scope of the investigation, which was conducted according to the Competition Board decision dated 26.07.2023 and numbered 23-34/644-M about the claim that car dealers operating in Adana, Antalya and Gaziantep violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition, as a result of the settlement texts sent by Canatar Auto and Özgen Gallery depending on the Board’s interim settlement decisions, it has been decided that  Canatar Auto shall be imposed 20.515,28-TL and Özgen Gallery shall be imposed 47.291,96-TL administrative fines and the investigation shall be terminated in terms of the aforementioned undertakings; no violation indicating that ERY Motors involved in an agreement restricting competition under the scope of article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition could be found; thus, it is not necessary to impose administrative fines on the said undertaking within the framework of article 16 of the Act no 4054.
