The investigation, which was conducted according to the Competition Board decisions dated 09.03.2023 and no 23-13/210-M and dated 10.08.2023 and no 23-37/697-M about Binboğa Üretim Pazarlama Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ to determine whether the said undertaking violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 by means of determining the resale prices of its buyers, was concluded.

As a result of the discussion of the file on 21.12.2023, the Competition Board decided that Binboğa Üretim Pazarlama Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition; therefore, administrative fines shall be imposed to the said undertaking.
