The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted into the claim that Bağdat Pazarlama Ticaret ve Limited Şirketi and Deva Baharatları Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi violated article 4 of Act no 4054 on the Protection of competition by means of resale price maintenance. 

Having discussed the information and documents acquired and observations made in the preliminary inquiry in its meeting on 04.01.2024, the Competition Board considered that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision numbered 24-01/5-M  to initiate an investigation about Bağdat Pazarlama Ticaret ve Limited Şirketi and Deva Baharatları Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi.
