The investigation about the claim that Arçelik Pazarlama AŞ violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by means of resale price maintenance has been concluded.

As a result of the discussion of the file on 03.08.2023, the Competition Board has decided that Arçelik Pazarlama AŞ violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by means of resale price maintenance; thus, the said undertaking shall be imposed administrative fines.
