The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted into the claim that ABC Deterjan Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ violated article 4 of Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by means of resale price maintenance.

Discussing the information and documents acquired and observations made in the preliminary inquiry in its meeting on 24.01.2024, the Competition Board considered that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision numbered 24-06/93-M to initiate an investigation about ABC Deterjan Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ.
