Competition Board concluded the investigation conducted in order to determine whether driving courses operating in the Bartın province violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 by jointly fixing commercial terms including fees and terms of payment and by collecting and sharing the payments made to the courses in a pool.
The investigation was initiated as a result of the preliminary inquiry which was launched in response to the application claiming that driving courses operating in the central district of the Bartın province conspired to fix course prices. During the investigation phase, it was examined whether driving courses made agreements on fixing fees - terms of payment and on creating a pool system.
