Investigation concerning 19 Undertakings operating in Chicken Meat Production and Association of Poultry Meat Producers and Breeders Association Concluded (15.3.2019)
Investigation whether undertakings operating in chicken meat production violated article 4 of the Act no. 4054 was concluded.
As a result of the discussion of the contents of the file by the Competition Board on 13.03.2019, it was decided that the following undertakings violated article 4 of the Act no. 4054; thus the said undertakings shall be imposed administrative fines:
- Abalıoğlu YemSoya ve Tekstil Sanayi A.Ş.,
- Banvit Bandırma Vitaminli Yem Sanayi A.Ş.,
- Beypi Beypazarı Tarımsal Üretim Paz. San. ve Tic. A.Ş.,
- CP Standart Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş.,
- EgeTav Ege Tarım Hayvancılık Yat. Tic. ve San. A.Ş.,
- Er Piliç Entegre Tavukçuluk Üretim Pazarlama ve Tic. A.Ş.,
- Gedik Tavukçuluk ve Tarım Ürünleri Tic. San. A.Ş.,
- Keskinoğlu Tavukçuluk ve Damızlık İşl. San. Tic. A.Ş.,
- Şenpiliç Gıda San. A.Ş.,
- Poultry Meat Producers and Breeders Association
Moreover, it was decided that the following undertakings did not violate article 4 of the act no 4054; therefore, it was not necessary to impose administrative fines:
