Investigation concerning 17 undertakings and an association engaged in wholesale trade of bananas within the borders of Bozyazı and Anamur districts of Mersin Initiated. (20.1.2021)
The preliminary inquiry conducted ex officio in order to determine whether the undertakings engaged in wholesale trade of bananas within the borders of Bozyazı and Anamur districts of Mersin violated the Act no 4054 was concluded by the Competition Board.
The Competition Board discussed the information and documents collected and observations made in the preliminary inquiry in its meeting dated 17.12.2020, found the findings serious and sufficient and took the decision numbered 20-54/755-M to launch an investigation on the following undertakings to determine whether they violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054:
